What a beautiful day with a beautiful couple & their beautiful family! Katie & Jeremy chose Harvest Adventures as their venue for their wedding in the country. It is a wonderful 80 acre farm with many wedding day options. It's a family run business, & the Burnworth Family were so accommodating & did everything to make sure that Katie & Jeremy's day was perfect. The day started with Katie & her bridesmaids getting ready in the cute bridal suite. Katie's gown was nothing short of fabulous & she was absolutely stunning! Her friend created all of the bridesmaid's & bridal bouquets, as well as the guy's bouts from paper--& they were truly incredible. The guys were handsome in their grey vest, plaid tie, & country perfect Levi's. And then there were the kids--nothing short of adorable!
The guests were transported to the wedding site via a hayride--gotta' love the fun event added to the whole wedding experience. When they arrived, they were greeted by the guys to escort them from the tractor pulled wagons to the seating under a beautiful grove of trees with Jeremy's Harley Davidson as part of the personalized wedding décor. Once all the guests were seated, the wedding party made their entrance after their own hayride to the site. Katie made her entrance by a carriage pulled by some impressive & powerful Clydesdales. Their ceremony was performed by a close friend who was ordained especially to officiate their big day. Once they were officially pronounced husband & wife, we took advantage of the area around their ceremony site to get some large group photos as well as some romantic bride & groom photos.
Then it was time to head back up to the barn for the reception. The guests were treated to another hayride back to start the festivities. Jeremy convinced Katie that gown & all she needed to make her return on the back of his Harley--so being the brave bride, she did it! So cute! Their reception was started out with a delicious dinner catered by Schmidt's Restaurant & featured lots of their awesome favorites(think Bahama Mama's, sauerkraut & yes--cream puffs!) After dinner there were some heartfelt toasts from the wedding party, cake, dances & then lots more dancing & partying. The party went on both in & out of the barn. It was quite a memorable, super fun night for all of Katie & Jeremy's family & friends. I wish them congratulations & years of happiness to come!
]]>I will be watching(& photographing) them today. I'll be at the finish line cheering them all on. It's going to be such a bittersweet day--not just watching my boys, but all the rest of the kids who have become like family too, along with their parents & families & coaches-- in this last home meet. I hope they all have outstanding races today. I would love to see the Gales win their home meet! Regardless of how they finish the race today, I'm proud of my boys & their teammates. I've loved watching them all run! I know the future will be bright! Be Relentless! Go Gales! #granvillepike
